If you need help with access while you are at The Inner Temple, you can contact the Duty Porter at any time on 020 7797 8255.

The Inner Temple is committed to providing support and fair opportunity to all, and to making sure its activities are accessible.

Parking for Blue Badge Holders

Disabled parking bays are available on site for blue badge holders only. There are three bays outside the main entrance to the Treasury Building, two on Crown Office Row and one by the old library entrance to the east of the building, as well as two more outside 4 Paper Buildings.

The bays can be used free of charge provided the users contact the Treasury Office in person, by email or on 020 7797 8250 to request a permit and show a valid blue badge.

Professional tenants and members with a blue badge who park frequently are eligible to apply for a 75% discounted members’ annual permit. Please apply to the Treasury Office for details by emailing members@innertemple.org.uk

The Treasury Building

The Inn’s Treasury Building refurbishment was designed to ensure that the widest cross-section of our membership, and those outside our membership who use our facilities, can do so.

Step-free access is available throughout much of the estate, and all floors of the Treasury Building, including the Library and the Education & Training Centre, can be reached by lift.

There are nominated fire officers across the Inn. The Duty Porters are first aid qualified and in charge of building evacuation. You can contact the Duty Porter at any time on 020 7797 8255.

A multi-faith prayer room is accessible to people of all faiths, and those of no faith, for prayer or quiet contemplation. Please ask at reception

Bathrooms and Baby Changing Facilities

WCs, including separate disabled facilities, are located to the right of the lift lobby in reception and to the left of the lift lobbies on both the third and fourth floors. Baby changing facilities are installed within the accessible WC in the main reception area of the Treasury Building.

Guide Animals

Guide dogs are welcome at the Inn.

Non-residents of the Inn must not bring dogs into the Inn and are not allowed to bring dogs into the garden (except guide dogs).
